At ProScreed we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may be eligible to return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit in accordance with the terms below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The item was purchased directly from our online store.
The return request is made within 7 days of the delivery date.
The item is unused, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Items that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted for return.
3. Return Process

2. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
3. Pack the item securely and include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Note: Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed and paid back to you within 10 working days
Shipping fees and any applicable handling costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
7. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7days of receipt. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
